Custom handmade ceramics go through many fragile stages and vigorous firing process which can result in small aesthetic differences and imperfections.
Custom items are non-refundable. Please ensure you are happy with the information you have provided prior to checking out as we will use the information left in this form to make your order. We are not responsible for any errors made using the forms. There is a 48 hour cancellation allowance for any emergancy changes.
Please use our catalogue to view our bowls and mugs, our catalogue is to be used as inspiration and will not be an exact depiction of how an order will look as they are each made individually and have unique differences.
Our colours can vary due to differences in our environment and your environment, we can not guarantee your order will be exactly as represented online. We take all of our photography using natural lighting.
Our custom models are made individually and by hand, we do not use moulds for our models as we are replicating the images and descriptions you have provided. if you have not provided descriptions and images we will assume you are happy for us to make your order with our own creative imagination. We are not responsible to chase for extra information and not responsible for any vague customisation requests.

Our processing time is an estimate time and not a guarantee time due to the unpredictable nature of custom ceramics, we may encounter delays and will be in touch if we experience any issues with your order.
We make and ship everything from our UK studio. Shipping is not included in the processing time. We have options for Next Day and Standard Shipping with Royal Mail. International Shipping can take up to 10 extra days. We do not cover the cost of any taxes that may be due in your country.

our bespoke mugs are made with a careful hand, every single detail is carved and stamped by Mollie and the naetive team in our welsh Pontypridd studio. Your piece is a one of one and will be unique to you.
it's a patient process..
Custom and bespoke pieces can take up to 8 weeks to make, we dry them incredibly slowly to avoid cracking and warping at greenware.
Even if we do everything perfectly imperfections happen. It's the natural process of ceramics and cracks can occur at any stage due to the ferocity of the kilns.
Most pieces coming out beautifully and on time, however, we're unable to predict how the firing will go and very few orders may need to be touched up or remade.

We're incredibly proud of what we make, it's an expensive, difficult and skilled process and we don't want to fall short. We'll be in touch if your piece has not met our expectations and offer you a refund or remake. Remakes can cause a delay.
