RETURNS POLICY

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

We hope you love your naetive piece but if there are any issues, we can offer returns or refunds on some products.

You have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel non-custom orders and a further 14 days to return the goods to Naetive Limited, Unit 3 & 4, Maritime Workshops, Maritime Industrial Estate, Pontypridd, CF37 1LT. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the item.

You may need access to a printer to print your return label (if free) and any further documents for us to locate your return. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid to naetive; we cannot reimburse any tax or duties paid to local governments.

 If you used a Gift Card or voucher for your purchase, the original code will be reactivated within 14 days of receipt of your return.

 We may offer you an exchange, a remake, refund or voucher depending on our stock availability.

The item must be in its original condition, unused and returned in the box and safety packaging, if any item arrives unclean, used or has not been carefully packaged, we may send them back to you and decline the refund.

We accept some returns for free. Please always check the product information section for the item you have ordered for details on whether the item is returnable.

RESPONSIBILITY

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way, we provide enough safety packaging and a strong box that should be kept and used to return the item to us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate them (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
