Each mug is made by hand and made individually, these pieces are one of one and each have their own unique aesthetic imperfections.

Custom handmade ceramics go through many fragile stages and vigorous firing process which can result in small aesthetic differences and imperfections.

Here you can chose what text you want and where you want it placed, choose Yes if you
want to add text to your mug, this will provide you with options and placements.

Gems

Mug Gems are our standard 2D gems that are added to the outside of the mug with one
on the inside bottom. Gems are come in bundles of 6 and spread around the mug. You
can choose multiple gems, these will be shared between the 6. Please note that Gold will not be added to the inside of the mug, if you have chosen Gold for your gems, we will remove the inside bottom gem.

Custom Model

An option to add a bespoke 3D model to the inside of your mug. Please be aware that we need as much information
as possible to make your Custom Model as accurate as we can. We are not responsible to chase for more
information such as colour preference or specific designs. Please note that by choosing to purchase a Custom Model you are allowing us the
creative freedom to make your model to the best of our ability with the
information provided. We require images to use as a reference, these can be emailed to hello@naetive.com

Zodiac Symbol.

Zodiac symbols are added to the inside bottom of the mug, if you have chosen to a
custom gem and zodiac symbol we may move your 3D gem to another suitable area
on the mug.

Customising the handle.

Our original handle is a plain round handle placed on the right hand side of the mug.
Our twist handle is two plain round handles twisted around to create a delicate
design. Please choose the left hand option if you want a left handed mug. You
can choose to decorate your handle with a bow and various colour options.

Adding Iridescent.

Iridescent is a shiny mother of pearl finish that will be added to the entire mug, we will
leave the gems and bow unless requested to add the iridescent to those locations.

Custom items are non-refundable. Please ensure you are happy with the information you have provided prior to checking out as we will use the information left in this form to make your order. We are not responsible for any errors made using the forms. There is a 48 hour cancellation allowance for any emergency changes. Should changes be made after the 48 hours we hold the right to charge a £10 admin fee which can be applied and invoiced.

Please use our catalogue to view our mugs, our catalogue is to be used as inspiration and will not be an exact depiction of how an order will look as they are each made individually and have unique differences.

Our colours can vary due to the the natural firing process, differences in our environment, and your environment, we can not guarantee your order will be exactly as represented online.

Our custom models are made individually and by hand, we do not use moulds for our models as we are using the images and descriptions you have provided as inspiration. Our models are not exact replicas and are made with the limitations of clay and ceramics. We are not responsible to chase for extra information and not responsible for any vague customisation requests.

Our processing time is an estimate time and not a guarantee time due to the unpredictable nature of custom ceramics, we may encounter delays and will be in touch if we experience any issues with your order.

We make and ship everything from our UK studio. Expected dispatch is 8 weeks post the day you order, this does not include remakes, weekend dispatch or delivery/shipping times.

We have options for Next Day and Standard Shipping with Royal Mail. International Shipping can take up to 10 extra days. We do not cover the cost of any taxes that may be due in your country.
