Terms & Conditions for Studio Access
1. Eligibility & Registration

All members must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian.

Members must complete a studio orientation before independent use.

Access is non-transferable and intended for the registered individual only.
2. Studio Hours & Access
-
Studio access is permitted from 5 PM to 8 PM, Monday–Friday, in accordance with membership tier + 9 AM to 5 PM Sunday.

Entry is only allowed via valid member ID or booking confirmation.
- Access must be booked 1 week in advance. You can book your entire month if needed.
3. Health & Safety

Members must follow all health, fire, and equipment safety protocols.

Proper attire must be worn: closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing for working with clay.

No children or pets allowed unless it's a designated family workshop.
4. Use of Equipment & Space

All tools and equipment must be used respectfully and returned cleaned to their original place.

We will put your work into the kiln for bisque and put it back on your shelf.
- We will glaze your items once you are ready and put them in the kiln for you.
- No independent access to the kilns is available.

Members are financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
5. Clay, Firings & Shelf Space

Only approved clay (purchased from the studio or pre-approved) may be fired in our kilns.

Firings included in your tier must be booked ahead of time.

Work left on shelves beyond the allocated space may be disposed of, please ensure you keep your work safe.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice prior to the next cycle.

Missed sessions, firings, or unused benefits do not roll over.
7. Code of Conduct

The studio is a shared, respectful creative environment. Any abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of membership.

Noise levels must be kept low; no loud phone calls or music without headphones.
8. Photography & Promotion
-
We occasionally photograph studio activity for social media and promotions. You will be asked if you want to be included or not.
9. Liability Waiver
-
All members acknowledge they are working with potentially hazardous materials and equipment.

Naetive is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal items while using the studio.
10. Amendments
-
These terms may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
